Our architectural design and project management services are a complete solution for clients looking to build a dream home or distinctive commercial property.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards and maintain an open, collaborative process from the initial concepts, to the finished design. We ensure our bespoke, creative design solutions are tailored to your specifications and needs. At AIM Architecture, we pride ourselves on delivering a service that exceeds your expectations.
Founder of AIM Architecture, Ercy has decades of experience in architectural design, project management and construction, spanning across residential and multi-residential, apartments and townhouses, commercial and governance properties. He has worked for leaders in the field and on many notable projects including JK Grant Pavilion, Chisholm Institute, McMahon Pavilion and Point Cook Secondary College.
With over 10 years’ experience, Haluk is responsible for finance and quality assurance and is instrumental in the briefing process. He loves the collaborative nature of his role and also oversees construction to ensure projects stay within scope and that expectations are met.
Melody is an invaluable asset to the team with a diverse professional background as a building designer. Melody believes a collaborative interdisciplinary approach across the high-end residential and commercial projects can help lead to a better design outcome. Her designs are people-centric and take into account the way we live and work to ensure optimal solutions.
Elif has experience across a variety of architectural design projects. Through her work she highlights how architecture transcends buildings and creatively organises and gives form to spaces. This in turn helps to improve the way in which we live and work through smart, innovative design.
Rinor is a master in architecture and his passion comes across in the projects he works upon. Bringing an added level of creativity to the team, Rinor continuously develops and innovates design sketches until they are perfect. His experience includes both interior and exterior architecture, urban planning design and 3D visualisation and model rendering. His design skills have been recognized within the industry and he has been awarded the Meritorious Achievement and first prize for the Ulpiana Market Design Competition.
1. How much will a design or project management services cost?
2. What are the chances that we will finish over budget?
Zero! As long as you don’t add on extras after we have agreed upon a design, we always stay within your budget.
3. How long does it take to create and receive a finished design?
Unlike other Architectural firms, we provide you with three different design options rather than one or two. We usually complete this within three months whereas other firms can spend two to three times as long and will charge you for any amendments to the design.
4. How will I know where to contact any Engineers I may need to use or get Council approval for my build?
We are a full-service firm so we take care of this on your behalf, minimising the stress and reducing the time required if you had to do this yourself.
5. As a client, how involved can we be in the design process; how much input can we offer?
You can be as involved as you like and we welcome your input! After all, we are designing with the objective of you loving the finished product. We keep you looped in every step of the way and you will be an integral part of the journey.
